Gerald Weber
President and Chief Executive Officer

Gerald (Gerry) Weber comes to Lady of America Franchise Corporation with an outstanding background in corporate operations management. Gerry’s experience includes; EVP/COO of NationsRent, Inc., COO of CarSpa Inc., and SVP/COO of AutoNation, Inc., the world’s largest automotive retailer.

Gerry also served in several senior management positions for Blockbuster Entertainment: He was COO for Blockbuster Video and President of Blockbuster Music.

Prior to Blockbuster, Gerry was President/Co-owner of a chain of retail beverage stores and, he spent 14 years in the retail drug industry as the Director of Operations for Shopper’s Drug Mart (a division of Imasco/BAT Industries) and VP Operations for the Gray Drug Fair division of Sherwin-Williams.

Before joining Lady of America Franchise Corporation, Gerry spent several years as an independent consultant for companies in a variety of industries.

John P. Nixdorf
Vice President of Finance

John brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience to LOAFC, including management positions with Paramount Parks, Ticketmaster, Omniticket Network and HCX Salons International. John holds both BA and MBA from Stetson University. John joined LOAFC in the Spring of 2006.
